For example, the ideas or behavior of the minor character might be used to highlight the weaknesses or strengths of the main character.

Brochure Assignment

2. Choose a topic with a partner for the background information on The Crucible.
3. Pick up articles related to your topic.
4. Brochure is due Friday, January 22nd
(Fummi and Badhatu turn in onThursday)
5. A correctly typed bibliography is due on the back side on the brochure.

Students choose a topic on the background information for The Crucible with a partner.
Students will pick up handouts on the topic.
Brochure due typed next Friday, January 22nd.
A correct Bibliography must be included in the brochure.

Speeches Completed

150 students (40 per day)presented a 3-5 minute speech to inform.
Included in the grade was the Adult Evaluation (10 extra credit points), a typed Bibliography (done correctly), and an outline. Grades are updated.

I was gone yesterday at a funeral. Students read "We Aren't Superstitious" - see calendar January 25th and answered questions and turned them in the basket at the end of the hour.

Speeches resume today 8-15 today.

Friday: 32,33 and all make-up speeches
on Friday: sign up for brochure topic and brochure group.
