· Staple outline on back
· Double space – not between paragraphs
· Underline The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn
· Topic sentences need key words like Pap’s cabin,
Grangerford/Shepherdson feud
· Explain with details – set up the quote, give information about the example
· Warrant need to tie in the three examples with what you are proving with a catchy phrase at the end (I recommend a quote like that’s why Huck wanted to “light out for the territory” (231).
